Airport Transfers: 

IQPC will be contacting each attendee to coordinate air and ground transportation once your registration is received and confirmed.  Flights and transfers will be arranged from the Singapore Changi International Airport.  

Hotel Accommodations:

Hotel accommodations may be secured when you register for the meeting.  Meeting Solutions Inc. will manage all hotel reservations and cancellations until Friday, 30 October.  Please reserve your hotel accommodations when registering for the event.                                                                                  

Cancellation Policy: 

Hotel cancellations must be made either with Meeting Solutions via email at apdf@microsoft.com  443-627-2215 or directly with the Forum Hotel (please see number above).  We request all cancellations are made 72 hours in advance of anticipated arrival to avoid penalty.

MEETING DETAILS:

Registration:

You will be able to pick up your Forum credentials and conference materials at registration beginning at 1500, 8 November.  Registration will be open throughout the Forum.

Dress Code:

Military uniforms or Business Formal is the suggested attire for all meeting sessions.

Attendee Guests:

Due to the confidential information discussed throughout the conference, we request that you do not bring your spouse or any companion to the meetings or related event functions. 

Evening Events:

There are two evening events planned for the Asia Pacific Defence Forum.  Transportation will be provided for the offsite event on Monday evening:

Welcome Reception, 8 November, 18:30 - 20:00 at the Shangri-La Hotel

Forum Executive Dinner, 9 November, 19:00 - 21:30, Location to be announced

The following meals are included at the Forum:

You will be Microsoft's guest for the Defence Forum with the following meals provided:

Sunday, 8 November 2009:  Welcome Reception that includes hors d'oeuvres and beverages

Monday, 9 November 2009:  Continental breakfast, lunch, breaks and the Forum Executive Dinner
