Civilian Business attire or Military uniforms is the suggested attire for all meeting sessions.

Attendee Guests:
Due to the confidential information discussed throughout the conference, we request that you do not bring your spouse or any companion to the meetings. Guests are invited to the evening social events.

Updates/Changes to your registration:
If you need to update or change information on your registration you are able to log back into registration by using your email address and password.  For any questions or concerns, please contact our registration office: apdf@microsoft.com

Cancellation Procedure:
Hotel cancellations must be made either with Meeting Solutions via email at apdf@microsoft.com or directly with the Forum Hotel (please see number above).  We request all cancellations are made 72 hours in advance of anticipated arrival to avoid penalty.
